Markus Krickelberg, a magnificently talented chef, is the current the Executive Chef of the newly renovated & re-branded modern luxury property The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali & Bali International Convention Center on the Paradise Island of Bali.  

Known for his dedication and keen eye for details, this brilliant culinary expert from Germany never fails to draw admiration from both his guests & colleagues. Only look at what he delivers and how he delivers to conclude that he must have energy forever running to his veins. His masterpiece recipes celebrate the taste of classical French & German, Japanese, Thai, Indonesian, middle eastern, Mediterranean- merely to name a few. 

Markus has been involved in several pre-opening and re-branding activities around the globe. A strong team player known for his admirable people skills, Markus has traversed continents working in a number of signature landmarks hotels- from Europe and the Middle East, to several cities & resorts in Asia and the Pacific, such as Beijing’s famous St. Regis Hotel and the laidback Sheraton Resorts Fiji Island where he met his Fijian born wife Josie.
